FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

We offer free standard shipping on all 
orders worldwide — no minimum spend, 
no hidden fees, no exceptions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business 
days of being placed. You will receive 
a confirmation email immediately after 
purchase and a separate shipping 
confirmation email with your tracking 
number once your order has been 
dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public 
holidays will begin processing on the 
next business day.

may vary due to customs processing, 
carrier delays, or high-demand periods

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships you will receive 
a tracking number by email. You can use 
this to monitor your delivery in 
real time.

Please allow 3–5 business days after 
receiving your tracking number for 
movement to appear in the tracking system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside the United States, 
your order may be subject to import 
duties, taxes, or customs fees upon 
arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by your 
local customs authority and are the 
responsibility of the customer. 
Freshelio has no control over these 
charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local 
customs office before placing your order 
if you have concerns about import fees.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is 
correct at checkout. Freshelio is not 
responsible for orders delivered to an 
incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping 
address immediately after placing your 
order, contact us at hello@freshelio.com 
as soon as possible. We will do our best 
to update the address before dispatch, 
but we cannot guarantee changes once an 
order has been processed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you 
have not received your package:

1. Check with neighbours and around 
   your property
2. Contact your local post office 
   or carrier
3. Wait 3 business days as packages 
   are sometimes marked delivered early

If your package is confirmed lost after 
these steps, contact us at 
hello@freshelio.com and we will 
investigate and offer a replacement 
or full refund.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please 
contact us within 7 days of delivery at 
hello@freshelio.com with:

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund 
at no cost to you.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple items may 
occasionally ship in separate packages 
and arrive at different times. This is 
normal and your tracking information 
will reflect each shipment separately.
